Return Process

  Securely package your items in their original bag or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
